Help Your Students Fall in Love with Social studies

If I must confess, when I was in the classroom I HATED teaching social studies. I found it boring and dull and no matter how much I tried to spice it up, I was left with nothing extra to give my students to make it fun and exciting. ????

This is exactly why I ended up creating materials for myself to help supplement what the district gave me (or sometimes…DIDN’T give me!). I wanted something more than a coloring sheet with a title on the top. I wanted them to have more!

So I created the materials and then some of my teacher friends in other grades asked if I could create something for them too. Over time I ended up creating fun and engaging social studies activites that can last all year long from grades K-2!
